As Executive Assistant turned Operations Manager for a groundbreaking financial consulting startup, I coordinated executive calendars, communications, and travel arrangements. I managed a remote team of over 12 contractors and full-time employees and established crucial operational systems. I organized retreats, supported fundraising initiatives, managed board meetings, finances, and legal compliance. I also led a merger of two LLCs into one corporation.

As Company Manager and Creative Producer for renowned choreographers, I've led multiple projects, managed complex schedules, and oversaw invoicing/payroll. I coordinated nationwide travel for up to 20 people, managed budgets, and accommodated cast members at major performance venues. Additionally, I handled newsletters, website administration, and social media for a 4,000+ subscriber base. I also spearheaded COVID-19 mitigation efforts, organized auditions, and managed employee payroll, reimbursements, and end-of-year tax form distribution.

As Executive Director of an artist residency, I coordinate logistics, manage communications, and curate artists, fostering a supportive environment. Additionally, I've worked as a Choreographic Assistant, overseeing rehearsals and managing invoices, and as a Creative Producer for a virtual performance series, managing logistics and design.

Outside of work, I also love spending time outdoors, watching films and going to see live performance!
